This agreement is subject to the terms and condition here on this agreement, and the customer agrees to be bound thereby. It is expressly agreed and understood that the title to goods listed is to remain in the seller’s possession until the full amount is paid. In consideration of www.My Store is Your Store.com extending credit to buyer, the purchaser hereby unconditionally guarantee payment to www.My Store is Your Store.com of the purchased items and agree to pay all cost of collection, including a reasonable attorney fee, together with interest on any unpaid balance at a rate of 2% per month and 19% annually where applicable in the event of default by the buyer. A 35% restocking and shipping fee will be charged on all returned items. All equipment is rented until paid in full. All of the above items are sold as is condition unless stated otherwise above. All equipment left after 60 day is subject to forfeiture and/ or fees for storage. Buyer consents to the jurisdiction of Florida courts and further agree that the exclusive venue for any matter relating to payment for the equipment(s) shall be in the courts of Broward county Florida.
